Online Therapy for Highly Sensitive High-Performers

Serving Women in New Jersey

How I Work:

A woman with long brown hair wearing a red sweater and floral pants, sitting on a chair against a light green wall.

I specialize in working with women — often high-functioning moms with demanding careers. My clients carry a heavy mental load and often struggle with anxiety, overthinking, self-criticism, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or feeling quietly overwhelmed.

My clients typically have found themselves in a “successful but unfulfilled season.” I help them to move from survival mode into capacity, enjoyment, and values-aligned life transitions.

High achievers and overthinkers don’t come to therapy for a one-way conversation.

They come to get direct, tangible help.

I combine practical anxiety relief with deeper pattern work so you get real relief now and lasting change over time.

I don’t just validate; I translate.

You’ll leave with language for what you’re experiencing and a clearer map of why it keeps happening.

I'm not the type of therapist who only nods my head or covers the basics. I remember what you tell me, so you don’t have to keep telling your story over and over.

High-functioning women often communicate from urgency, guilt, or over-explaining. I’ll help you find words that are clear, calm, and relational so boundaries don’t become adversarial, and needs don’t get lost in apologies.

If you’ve built a good life but can’t fully enjoy it, we’ll focus on getting out of survival mode and into a steadier, values-aligned way of living.

Faith-integrated therapy is available for women who want a clinically grounded approach that also honors a Christian worldview—without pressure or spiritual bypassing.

Therapy with me is warm and direct. You’ll gain clarity, language, and forward movement without turning therapy into another thing you have to do perfectly.

I am a seasoned therapist with over twenty years of clinical experience.

My approach blends practical tools (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy/Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and nervous system support) with deeper pattern work (psychodynamic and interpersonal), so you get real relief and understand what’s been driving it.

My methods are never one-size-fits-all and are always tailored to meet your needs as an individual.

This is a boutique private practice, and I intentionally limit the number of clients I work with at any given time to provide the highest-quality care.

I see you there:

A woman who deeply desires to be supported, understood, and heard.

We might be a good fit to work together if you:

Overthink, replay conversations, or struggle to “shut your brain off”

Feel responsible for everyone’s wellbeing

Push through and perform well…then crash, numb out, or feel emotionally depleted

Struggle to rest without guilt

Say yes too often, then feel resentful, anxious, or burned out

Feel insecure in relationships and find yourself over-explaining, seeking reassurance, or trying to prevent conflict

Want therapy that’s both emotionally attuned and practical
